Salons in Los Angeles???

wondering where the Los Angeles Hair Divas go to have their tresses tended to?!
who/what salon do you recommend?

I LOVE Nuris (pronounced Noor-EEES) at Trina's Beauty Suppy and Salon on Pico Blvd. She from the Dominican Republic and does roller sets/blow outs very well. I used to go to her all the time but I learded how to do it myself
She has some beautiful waist length hair herself.

I'm not sure if Eric Hernandez is still at Estilo (on Beverly Blvd.), but I've never had anyone give me more careful touchups. His assistant would hold my hair taut in each section to prevent overlapping. I never had an overprocessing problem with him. Each visit was $200.

ValleyGirl - Did she do your touchups when you were relaxed?

LAWoman - Did the cost include styling etc.? Do you no longer go to him beacuse you are natural?

Thanks again - my goal is to take care of and style my hair myself, but I do need someone for the touchups and trims!

No I only went to her for roller sets. I found her earlier this year...I was already natural. She has a relaxer herself so she does do relaxers and retouches.

Yes $200 was what I paid on my way out of the door including tips.
