I tried it both ways...and I must say I love mixing it with the conditioner because not only do I find it to be just as effective....its easier for me that way. I also tried them as a tea and that worked pretty good as well.

It was only because of the prenatal pills and hormones tho'....thats my theory anyway, lol.
