they were practically giving them away at my local sally's and they and the ingredients seemed interesting.

I've tried the reconstructor and it was just that...okay. I never repurchased b/c I didn't notice any difference in the condition of my hair while using it. I'll admit that the prices are decent on these product though.

one more thing - was the generic chi REALLY the generic version of the chi silk infusion? they couldn't answer that for me.

I've only tried the Moisture Solutions Moisturizing Treatment and it just sat on my hair. No moisture, no slip.

I didn't particularly like the ION products: they left my hair feeling dry and tangled. But, from past threads, I think I'm in the minority. If you're on the fence, Sally's usually has sample-size products to purchase.

That is what I have, and it's great on straightening out new growth (with a flat iron).

Before I cut out parabens I used to use the ION line. They have a spray leave in conditioner that is AWESOME. I used it when I was relaxed, it has a very fine mist that didnt cause my hair to frizz or get too wet. I used to spray my hair 2-3 times a day, whenever I thought about it.

i bought the vitalizing fortifying treatment that's supposed to be a spray strengthner on sale for $3.99 and bought a packet of effecctive care treatment for a deep cond for $1.39. if those work, then i'm game. i was gonna search this site on my treo before buying anyway but couldn't pick up a signal...darn!!!
