Sabino moisture block vs lock and block

Hey ladies
My dd and I have 2 different textures of type 4 hair - I'm trying to decide if Sabino lock and block or Sabino moisture block is the right product. Sounds like ladies here are mainly using the moisture block. I mainly want to use this without heat. The summer moisture and the resulting shrinkage is doing us in.
Please share your experiences with this - and tell me which you think I should try. They no longer have the samples.

I used lock and block, because when I purchased it (last year), the moisture block was discontinued. It worked great for my rollersets and blowouts. My hair didn't revert until I washed it againm

Thanks so much - would you mind giving me an idea of what your texture is? I'm tempted to order both - they said I can return the one i don't like no question asked but this stuff isn't cheap.
Oh and did you use it with heat?
