What is the differnce between the white and blue and the grey and blue bottle. The ingredients are the same but they smell totally different. Is one better than the other? Or are they both the same thing. Im using lusters short looks sassafraz spray right now and it has the exact ingredients as the s-curl blue and grey bottle and they smell the same. I was wondering is the s-curl in the white and blue bottle better?

Never used the blue & gray bottle Sorry i could not help.

That's ok ive done research in the archives and i only seen a few posts on the blue and gray bottle. I started with that first because i have the gel in the jar which i love.

I only used the one in the white and blue bottle. Everyone that I know that uses it uses the white and blue also. I dont know what the difference is though sorry.

Sorry I can't tell you the difference because I have only used the one in the blue and white bottle, but I just pulled it from underneath my cabinet and used it today (for the first time) to revitalize a day old wash n' go and all I can say is "where has this been all my life???"

I know i love s-curl. I use it with my baggy and that's all i have to use on my hair to keep it soft. Thank you for stopping by anyway i may just have to buy it when what i have is gone to see what the difference is.

I have had it for a while; think I may have purchased it at Walgreen's while it was on clearance and because I had heard it mentioned here. I have been sleeping on this stuff! I am trying to get rid of a lot of stuff underneath my cabinet.

I hope someone else chimes in to give you the answer you're looking for.

I've always used the blue and white bottle. Works wonders on my NG. I never even thought to try the other one. I'd be interested to hear the answer to this question too.

I'm also a long time lover of the blue & white bottle. Good moisture without alot of build up or greasiness.

The blue & grey bottle, I think is maybe the same thing in a new package. The ingredients are virtually the same:

No drip (blue& white bottle):
Water , Glycerine , Cetearyl Alcohol , Propylene Glycol , Acetamide MEA , Ceteth-20 , Olealkonium Chloride , Stearalkonium Chloride , Panthenol , Simethicone , Imidazolidinyl Urea , Methylparaben , Propylparaben , Fragrance

Stylin spray (blue&grey):
Deionized Water, Glycerin, Cetearyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Acetamide Mea, Ceteth-20, Olealkonium Chloride, Stearalkonium Chloride, Panthenol (Provitamin B5), Simethicone, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Fragrance, Blue 1 (Ci 42090),

But it would be good to hear from someone who actually tried both. Sorry I'm not much help either.

That's ok thank you, you ladies are making me want to try the blue and white bottle. When my other stuff is gone ill buy one then i can compare the 2 and give a review.

my brother uses the blue and grey gel
he's like a 4a and it gives him definition and shine...
i don't really like it except for my edges lol

I like the blue and grey gel also but just to slick back my hair in a puff. Ive never tried it all over. You just gave me and idea to try it for a wash n go one day. Thanks

Yeah, i thought the Blue & Grey bottles were for Men [who have Scurl Texturizers/wavy styles etc].

I had no idea :look: it was for men. Maybe that's why no one uses it. I like it though. In the store they have all the s-curl stuff grouped together.

No problem... in fact thats what he does (its like 2 inches long)
he washes... puts this all over... very destructively LOL... and then he brushes the sections... somehow for him it works...
i'm trying to get him to take a pic but he is being shy lol...
and he doen't use oils or grease, he is like me we hate the oily feeling in hair... just for it to be moisturized... i think it does that for him... not so sure about me though

and also he has never texturized his hair in any way it is natural

Im natural too and it works fine to slick back my hair. No crunchiness or buildup and easy to wash out.

I use the blue and white bottle for some reason I just always thought the grey&blue bottle was more thicker or gel like consistency for men

The grey and blue bottle is a white watery creamy spray and i also have the gel which is in a grey and blue jar. I wanted to see what the difference in the two sprays were. I might go to the store and just open up a blue and white bottle to see:look:.
