Now that I'm all BC'd, I can do cool for a little more than one hour.

I put the Sabino moisture block and then I sit under the pibbs at the salon on high (with towels covering up my neck and ears) for an hour. I do this every week.

i do medium. high heat is murder on my scalp. i have issues with a dry scalp and flaking.

When I need to get all the way dry i will sit 20 mn on high 40-45 on medium. otherwise I will do medium for 30 min to get it started and air day the rest of the way.

I am new to rollersetting. Still trying to make sure I get it right. I set the heat on medium and sit for about 30 min to an hr.
