Rollersets

Hi everyone! I am fairly new to this forum but I have looked through numerous posts and noticed a lot forum sisters talking about roller sets. I would like to roller set to reduce heat on my hair. Can anyone tell me just how to do it and what rollers to use? I have curly hair and I wonder how a roller set would look if I didn't blow dry first. I have don't have a relaxer, au naturelle.

P.S. I have my own hooded dryer.

Yup, the DVD is worth every penny! It's how I learned and it's what I do weekly.

That really helped. I'm thinking that I might try blow drying or air dry then pressing before my roller set. I found good info.
