Roller Setting tips??

I’ve just started roller setting and my curls are really bouncy, I really like how soft my hair feels. I’ve been using Aussie leave in spray mixed with water and VO5 heat protectant on top and lightly sealing my ends when rolling.
I still need to get the hang of winding them up tighter though.

What are some of your tips when roller setting?
