I don't know about it being the cheapest but I know that Sally's has the rollabout dryers & their prices are comparable to the local BSS and they probably will actually honor their warranty.

SalonsRus has a great price for the dryer on wheels, either Sally's or a local BSS for magnetic rollers they are normall about the same price. Some dollar stores carry magnetic rollers. Oh yeah Walmart sell a set of magnetic rollers for less than $10.
