Rinsing Cellophane?

Okay I did a dc with colorshowers (amber) and conditioner. Apparently I didnt rinse it all out so I tried to rinse it out under the sink before applying leave in and butter. i noticed that I still didnt get it all out but I am feeling really lazy and dont want to jump BACK in the shower. Does anyone have any experience with this? Did you wake up to hard stiff hair?

Hello

It is high in protein so i would rinse it out. Better be safe that you won't dry your hair out (that's my experience)
