Rinse for Thickness?

I heard that rinses make your hair appear thicker. I am going to wear my hair down in two weeks (my last Homecoming, yay!) and want to wow everyone so I am trying to get a little extra thickness. I've already read that Nexxus Headress makes the hair look thicker so now I'm looking for a rinse.

So, do rinses really make the hair look thicker? What is a good cheap brand (under $10). Is adore good and long lasting? How often can you put a rinse on your hair? Is every 3 weeks too often?

Whew! I guess that's all my questions!

I've been told the same thing. My stylist told me that it's best to get a rinse right after you've relaxed because the cuticle of your hair is open and it will suck up the rinse which will swell the cuticle, thus thicker hair.
