It depends on what your start off point is. If you are someone who had torn up ends and cut them to start off with all healthy ends, I say you will see results in at least 3 mths, if not the first month. But of course the hard part is perfecting your regime. I would say people will notice no later than 6 mths. from when you start (because you will have gained at least 2-3 inches.

ITA....depends on the starting point...if you come here with somewhat healthy hair already and are looking to acquire length most see it right away...but those are the lucky ones...the majority of the people Ive seen here was about 3-6 months
