I can't get the ticket thing to work.

My subscription is up tomorrow but I won't be able to resubscribe until next week. Will I lose all my information blog posts, pics etc?

Your info will be still here, you just wont be able to access it until after you pay the renewal fee.

Make sure you have registered on the ticketing systems website before trying to login. Its a separate database, so you have to register your account there first before submitting a ticket.
