I usually go with Normal/Medium Lye Relaxer. I was thinking this time to go with Super but I have never done this with a Lye. I have only done this when I was No-Lye as this was the only thing that worked.

I know that Lye process way faster than no-lye.

Any one use Lye Super strength? Good or Bad Choice?

Why do you feel like your hair may need a super now? Did the texture change?

I used to use regular, but it only texlaxed me. I only trust ORS super, because it is very gentle to my hair. I also add 3 drops of EVOO so I won't over process.

I used to always use Super but the past year (last year) I've just been using regular and to be honest I don't see a difference.

If the Normal is working, I wouldn't use the Super. It's meant to work harder for coarser hair and is therefore somewhat harsher.
