Relaxer and Rinse the same day

I was thinking of doing this tommorow. Is it safe. i was thinking of using Adore in Clear the same day I relax. Also do you ladies follow the instructions on the rinse bottle, or do you alter the procedure a litte.

Relaxers and rinses are safe to do on the same day. In fact, the rinse will come out better.
I never gave myself a rinse. The hairstylist always does it, but it was always on the same day as my retouch.

I always use my Adore Clear rinse the day I get my relaxer and it comes out fantastic everytime, it does burn a bit, but the results are fantastic! I pretty much follow the results on the bottle, but unless Im using color I wont use the "protective cream".

Thanks babygirl. i am using the clear so I would not be needing the protective cream. i would do it tommorow and post my results.
