NYRican,

I wait about a week, and I've never had a problem. This is my second touch up since using MTG.

HTH.

Mtg actually shortened my texturizer and relaxer effects. I was needing a touchup evey 3 weeks....Thus I went natural. I may lightly texturize in the future, in about 6-8 months....My hair grew like a weed, though. Has mtg affected your hair like this, anyone?

All I know is if you are using MTG you shouldn't leave it in your hair for more than three days without washing.

I stopped using MTG at least a week both before and after my last touch up. I dont think it will necessarily hurt your hair. But I think the sulfur will cause the relaxer to not take as well. Plus it always good not to mix chemicals whenever possible.
