When you blow dry your hair with a hand-held blowdryer with or without the comb (doesn't matter) does you hair come out straight? Or is it super poofy? Mine is super poofy, yet my mom's hair comes out straight... I'm confused.

AND. What about if you wash it then go ... is your hair straight when it drys or is it wavy/curly?

when my hair is wet and air dries, it dries straight, but if I use the blowdryer without the comb it does become kind of puffy, wich is okay with me actually :) with the comb it becomes straight :)

mmmmm does that mean my hair is under processed? because when my wet hair air dries it dries wavy/curly

and when I blow dry with a comb i get big poufy hair . :ohwell: there's a pic of what i'm talking about on my blog,

When I blow dry (which is hardly ever) I do it in sections. It's less poufy if you do it that way.

If I use the comb attachment it's poofy. If I use a brush and blow dry in sections it's smoother and I still need to bump the ends usually.

My hair gets straight when I blow dry it with a comb attachment, but my hair gets straighter when my hair stylist blow dries it with a comb attachment.

If I let my hair air dry, it'll be wavy because my hair is not relaxed bone straight.

When I blowdry with a comb in sections my hair comes out straight. I haven't tried without a comb yet but i will soon maybe tomorrow.

When I blow dry, my hair is somewhat poofy, too. When I air dry to 80% dry it is wavy . (Not the pretty coily waves.) I don't use an attachment because I try not to have the heat that close to my hair. And I apply just enough tension with my brush to smooth it, but not "straighten" it, since I will follow with the curling iron.
