Naturals & Dominican Blow-Outs-Good?Bad?

Any naturals have success with Dominican blow outs?

Im 3c with some 4a and I dont know if its me...or that the Dominicans in my area just arent the good with hair...but this technique just doesn't seem to work for me. I usually come out with straight hair but its dry and poofy--i even take my own moisturizing products.

What are your experiences?

I go to the Dominicans or an Ethiopian woman when I want my hair straightened and it works like a charm. And it lasts well too. Maybe you should try a different salon.
