RELAXED HEADS!!! How do you straighten your hair?

So yeah! How do you realxed ladies straighten and what do you use to calm the FRIZZ?!
I rollerset when i have time, and i the results!
when i have limted time i flat iron with the GVP ceramic. Its pretty good i guess. I need something to stop the crazy frizz i get after i flat iron. suggestions??????

john freida defrizz cream used to help me when I had this problem. i forget the exact name of it but it should be easy to find.
