Relaxed Hair Question...

I just got a relaxer almost two weeks ago and I want a sew-in this weekend. How long are you supposed to wait? I don't want to break my hair off or damage it.

Ummm, I would wait another few weeks but if you can't make sure you use a protein treatment before.

I'd wait another 2 weeks but give myself a really good deep protein treatment followed by a deep moisturizing treatment before the weave.

I always wAit until I get a lil NG to grip rather than gripping freshly chemically broken down strands at the base.
