How much do you guys loose? How much is in the drain, and when you detangle, approx. how much is on the comb.
I've noticed my shedding has slowed waaay down, and although I see broken hairs on my head, they are NOT at the demarcation line and therefore have to chalk it up to it broke at some point - because of - some thing so just make it better and move forward.
I DC twice a week with Biolage Balm or Kenra MC (spiked with honey, eos and saa) so I'm doing the moisture thing and just have to let time heal the past wounds. I have to realize that this head of hair is a result of years of stripping, over processing, and thinking Infusium 23 leave in was all you needed. So, it's going to take a bit of time to restore it to full health.
I think of my hair similarly to that of a malnourished person on the road to eating healthy. Though they may put on weight in a couple months, it's going to take some time before the internal structure is fully recovered. So, I'm starting (or started in December) the process of rebuilding my hair from the inside out.
I'm monitoring my shedding during wash days, and as stated, have noticed less - less and less hair in the catcher. I'd like to gage what is a normal amount of hair loss during wash days.
Thank you ALL for the helpful advice you give always.
