Do you own a Hair Steamer and MORE IMPORTANTLY, DO YOU USE IT REGULARLY?

Can you PLEASE share if you think the investment was worth it?

Please share if and how the condition of your hair improved? I'd love to see pictures of before and after if you have any? Pretty please?

I've been mulling over the idea of getting one for a while now. I just spenta fortune on Kerastase, certainly as much as the Pibbs Ionic Steamer costs! :ohwell: :look:

For some reason, I've been hesitating over pulling the trigger on the steamer....

I use my steamer often. Not each and every time I wash my hair, but close. Over time I have noticed less ssks, less split ends, more manageability in styling my wet hair which leads to less hair in the comb after I finish. That's the biggest thing I noticed. I used to have half a fist full of hair in the comb after a styling session. I attributed it to the hair that I lost being in twists/buns/etc for the week or two. But I'm not losing nearly as much hair as I used to. I love my steamer!

Ms. Fly:

I love my Steamer! It has been by-far my best "Tools" Purchase EVVVERRR.

I love the way it moisturizes the hair and it helps DCer performs at maximum capacity.

It even makes your so-so DC'ers perform like it's on Steroids. Not only this, but it is relaxing and extremely therapeutic.

Once I thought mine was broken and I had my CC out ready to hit PayNah on another one. I'll never be without my Steamer.

It actually makes you want to buy DC'ers just so you can Steam them in. Great Purchase.

Recently, I've been using Oils on Top my DC'ers and that combo + steam is wonderful.

@IDareT'sHair. Best evvvvvvvvver, you say Ms. T? :lick: hhhhmmmhhh.....:look:

well, it took me a while to pull the trigger on my Pibbs dryer that I bought in 2009 too. I kept asking myself what was so great about the Pibbs dryer....never once regretted it. Blew my table top Gold n' Hot dryer's out of the water. The dryer has been MY best tool purchase evvvvvvvver so far....Steamer might be next......

@venusfly

When I even remotely thought mine wasn't working, I was ready to replace it with absolutely no thought.:look:

I love it. It was definitely a good investment and a great decision. I never tire of using it.:lick:

Just the way it actually forces those DC'ers to perform better.

Deeper & Greater penetration and absorption that dryer, plastic cap, body heat and all that other 'stuff' folks try to do.

.....Words will never be able to explain how much I LOVE my steamer :nono:. However, I will say this, You will never know what truly moisturized hair feels like until you've steamed....EVER (....well at least for me )!

I have not steamed in months. I don't regret purchasing mine, but I don't think it is a necessity. It is nice to have. That being said, I am going to pull out mine and use this weekend .

Kinda crazy but I also have a clothes steamer that we got as a wedding gift. I have not used an iron since then (over three years ago).

Steam rocks!
