My annual subscription fee was processed via Paypal on 1/12/12 but my account never renewed. I submitted 3 tickets to have my account restored and a week later I still have no response.
I have now resubscribed and paid another $6.50 fee just to access to the boards again.
Please refund my 2nd fee of $6.50 as this is no fault of my own. I do not want to file a complaint with Paypal over this transaction but if no response is received, I will.This is the 2nd year I've had an issue with automatic renewal.
