Join Anytime: It's never too early or too late to get started.

List the products you plan to use or lose. If you have a lot of products consider placing them in categories (ex. Shampoos, DCs, Leave-Ins, etc.).

Monthly update your list to track your progress: (i.e., different colors/symbols to denote used/purchased items or items added from your current stash).

What's your end of 2026 stash goal? Feel free to do this by category.

2026 stash goal: have staples and back up in rotation. Nothing else.

I plan to use all of my conditioners and deep conditioners. I don’t even know what to do with my shampoos….too many! I threw away some gels and kept a few. I will use up the oils I have remaining.

Conditioners:
Giovanni- back up to Aussie
Aussie Moist- keeper
Oribe
K18
Dae
Vergamour

Deep Conditioners: once I’m done, I’ll repurchase Cecred and Pearl essence.
Cecred

Doo gro
Pearl Essence
Karastase

Stylers:
Scurl gel, definitely will repurchase
Braid gel, won’t repurchase when I’m done
Wet line, won’t repurchase when I’m done
Ebony spray- toss it

Heat Protectants:
Aussie- never used but I’ll prob toss
Tresseme- keeper

Leave ins:
Paul Mitchell-keeper
KCKT- keeper
Aphogee protein leave in- keeper but I need to use it more frequently
Aussie- I’ll try to use it and see if it works for my hair

Aphogee 2 step, looking for a cleaner alternative as this has formaldehyde so I’ll finish out the small bottle I have since I don’t use it frequently. Maybe I’ll switch to green beauty’s protein treatment
Cecred reconstructing mask- keeper atm
Cecred edge drops- keeper since I’m on my third bottle

Oils: I’ll keep black seed on hand and purchase WGO once I’m done with this stash

I’ve hoarded hair products… some are way past expired by years. I have opened & unopened items from BelleBar Organics, bottles of hair oils, 6 bottles of shampoos (but I love all of them), but I’m getting better at not hoarding on sale days, etc.

I have a mix of random conditioners in a bottle. I used that today and I think I have 1 use back.

I also have some Rosemary oil from Kitsch. I like the oil but I can only use it in the morning. If I use it at night then I can't sleep. I have another oil that is more neutral so will use up the Kitsch and keep the other in rotation.

turmeric and neem oil (for hot oil treatments)

aargh! I thought I had one use of the conditioner left but nope, I still have one more.

I'm also using the Kitsch Rosemary oil on my ends to see if it helps my ends any and also use it up at the same time.

November 2025 empties are on track to be pretty good. At least 4 products. I haven't purchased anything but we all know they shopping season is just around the corner so we'll see.
