Reduce pixel?

When Nikos made some changes to the board I lost my avatar because it was too big. My question is I have a pic that I want to use it's 81x86 pixels. Is there a way to adjust the pixels myself or do I have to search forever for a 80x80?

I use a photo editor program that came with my digital camera. I have another one that came with my photos when I picked up my pics-on-disc from Walmart.

There might be some free programs on the internet somewhere but I 'm not sure.

This is a pic that I googled. So I don't think that would work.

you can use regular paint if you have to. just crop the image wherever you can find any extra empty space that can be taken off.
