Right After DC but before drying it

after drying it right b4 u flat iron it

I'd say both, definately put it on while wet before blowdrying to protect against that. I put a smaller amount on right before flat-ironing.

How much is tiny?

I parted my hair and put some on each small section of my head b4 flatironing. I think this was too much because my hair felt weighed down.
