I have a question about Redken Heat Glide

Do you use it for blow drying? Or is it for after its already pressed and you use it to flat iron? Thanks in advance!

I love this stuff. I apply the Smooth Down butter and this heat glide (same line as the butter) as a leave in then I blow dry and flat iron.

I use it before I blow dry and also on each section as I am flat ironing.

I use it after I have blow dried my hair, and I use a dab on each section as I flat-iron.

I use it for both.

I just apply it once while my hair is wet.

I won mine on ebay also. I used it on each section before flat ironing.
