I just bought this.Is this a good product for blowdrying does it leave the hair weighed down?

i have used it and it gives good shine but u have to only use very very little or it will weigh your hair down a lot. also it was hard for me to get my hair totally straight with that stuff cuz i think the heat protecting part of it was blockin out all the heat lol.

It is ok. Not the best. If you have the money, I would do H2 Ion and top it with Chi Silk Infusion. I get the best results when I use those two heat protectants. I think Redken is more on the greasy side.

I actually like this heat protectant. But I never used it for a blow out since i never blowdry my hair. But I liked it for a flat iron.

its ok, just go lightly, its kinda I dunno, thick on the hair or waxy sorta kinda

it does give shine tho

I really like this product but I use Nexxus Heat Protexx when I blow dry and a small amount of the heat glide b/c as others noted, a lot of it will weigh your hair down but the shine it gives a nice. HTH

It weighed my hair down...I didn't like it at all, and I didn't even use alot of it. :nono:

I didn't like it either. My hair felt really stiff and weigh down after using it. I would recommend Fantasia heat protectant, nexxus heat protexx or chi silk infusion. I really like these ones. If you do use try and use as little as possible.

I officially don't like this product.

I had been using it sparingly here and there but had never given a fair chance on my whole head. Well, I flatironed my hair using a touch of this, and I didn't like the end result nor the way my hair felt throughout the week.

I prefer CSI, Nexxus Heat Protexx, or Biosilk.
