I just bought the Sally's knock off of Joico K-pac and did it this weekend. I liked it. I'm wondering HOW OFTEN should I do it?

I would say once a month or every 6-8 weeks depending on the condition of your hair and also just to give your hair a little added strength.

This is my favorite creamy protein conditioner.

I use it 2x per month. I find that protein makes my kinky (but thin) hair stronger and easier to manage.

Okay I know I am continuing the tangent but I was at a wedding of my friend and this fine ass guy (he had everything ladies) in the wedding party with his girl. Of course other woman were trying to put out hints to him anyway esp. after she left early and unfortunantely he was definetly open. But me I was too busy checking out the girl's hair. It was 4a/4b relaxed and down to her tail !!! AND DYED multiple colors. I practically shoved him aside to talk to her about her hair. LOL she turned out ot be ahir model and a doctor so I got two role models in one! LOL

I was wondering if anyone else had had success with the knockoff version of the joico k pak. I was thinking about buying it.

I am interested in finding a reconstructor for when i take my braids out. I wonder if Joico is a good brand or if there are any that are better. I might have to get the sally knockoff so I wont feel like I wasted all my money. God bless you all.

oh yeah i know this is somewhere in the archives most likely but what is a reconstructor to be used for? i am sure it is to reconstruct your hair but how does this differ from a deep condition, protein conditioner, etc? God bless you all.
