Gym, such a timely thread.
My good:
1) Make some minor tweaks to my regimen:
My bad:
I wore my hair down practically every day this entire year. I abandoned protective styling and I feel my ends suffered for it.
Recommitting myself:
1) I am 3-months post right now. I had originally intended to alternate stretches between 6 months / 3 months / 6 months / etc...But this stretch is going so drama-free, so I may just stretch to 6, which means I would have only 2 perms this year.
2) Also, for the remainder of the year, I will be co-washing daily. I started doing that for the past month or so, and I LOVE it. I don't know how I am going to keep it up once it gets cold, but I'll figure something out.

- paid my attention to porosity
- added more Dominican products, especially conditioner rinses
- added shine and color rinses
- simplified my product circulation
- weeks 1-12, rollerset once or twice weekly
- weeks 12-24, airdried then flat-ironed, every other week.
