Welcome Ginsana!

Thanks for sharing your hair album. You have some very nice pics. By the way, what did you use to encourage hair growth in the bald spot of your temple area?

Keep up the healthy hair growing habits!

Hi Sunnydey, to grow the hair back in my scalp I actually mixed Wild Growth Hair Oil and Oilve Oil together and massaged it in the spot everyday until I saw hair start to grow. When I ran out of olive oil and WGO rather than buy more, I got lazy and decided to buy surge and spray it in the spot. I guess together all of that worked!

OT but about the exercise ball...I used to roll off of it too

...but I found you don't actually sit on the ball, it's more to stabilize your back (so I was told), so your back is on the ball, your butt off the ball, knees bent, feet on floor.

BTW...your hair album is nice...I need to get crackin on my own

Thanks Ginsana for the helpful hint. I have Wildgrowth hair oil and olive oil as well. I'll try those along with the small amount of Vitamin E oil that I have left and put them on my front temple/hairline areas daily.

Thanks again!

Ooooh, Vitamin E oil is real good too! That is one of my favorites because I can rub it in my hair AND swallow it too!
