Congrats... It's a purchase that I think you will not regret. I haven't once regretted the expense.

Congrats!!!! (in a chipper voice but I'm thinking I wish I had one)

I was thinking the same thing Dee. I think this will be great for you Dee. Especially since you are a 'queen' rollersetter.

Bubblnbrnsuga mention the Babybliss (sp) Dryer. It's suppose to be as good as the pibbs. I am thinking over here.... I just ordered the sedu so I know I will not make another big purchase item anytime soon.

*Plus the fact Sareca has turned me into a mini mixtress.* :yup:

Congrats! :D

I want one too! Maybe next month if I can promise myself that it's the very last hair-related item I purchase for 2007. I've been a very bad PJ :spank:

BTW, where did you purchase yours?

Dang....I'm happy for you.....get ya dry on!

*thoughts of salon quality drying dances in a thought bubble above my head...*

Yes!! :yay:

That place is located in ATL :D

I've had the site bookmarked for months :yep:

So, the customer service/shipping time was good?

Oh yeah, it took 3 days--shipping is like $58. Luckily you can avoid that.

Yeah, that's fabulous. I'm waiting on DivineFavor to buy hers since she's here, too, lol!

I also found a site that sells it for $237, but I think I'm gonna stick w/the local seller, since I can't tell where that place ships from. I figure shipping would even out to the local price. Oh, I'm so excited to get this thing. I rollerset today w/my Gold n Hot and my neck is killing me :ohwell: It's pretty bootleg, so I've gotta make this happen.

Thanks for posting, girl :D

Count me in... this will be my bday gift. The weather will be cooling down and I won't be able to wash and go as often.

Pardon my ignorance, but what makes this dryer 5x the price of the more common beauty store dryers? Aside from the sexy, sleek design ... does it dry better or faster?? I hafta know if I've been sleepin on something big!

Yes, your rollerset will be dry in 1 hour or less. I really like it because I don't have to be cramped using my table top dryer and the timer is nice.

Congrats for u I got my steamer the other and cant wait to try it out and I am waiting on my Phibbs dryer hopefully it will be here soon

Girl, I'm almost bout ready to pull out the Visa Debit Card. I am waiting on my refinance to go through after that I should have a couple of extra dollars to be able to purchase the pibbs. But, I'm must get a new clothes dryer for my house first as the one I currently have is old and takes forever dry my and two sons' clothes. Dang on priorities...

Congrats Divake22!!

I bought mine on Ebay for $100 plus $45 shipping. It came UPS on Tuesday afternoon and I used it for the first time on Thursday. It dried my rollerset hair in 30 minutes:eek:

ETA: This is the end result.

It dries your hair MUCH faster. I usually take an hour or more to dry. This dried my soaking wet hair in 30 minutes at 55 degrees!! I initially put it on 65 degrees and had to turn it down:rofl: Its pretty quiet and has a turbo fan. The dryer head is designed in such a way as to keep ALL of the circulating air inside the hood. I was wearing a tank top while under it and my shoulders didn't get hot at all.

you better post some pics once you do your hair!! congrats. I have a Pro-Tools professional hood dryer and it is perfect for my hair.

Thanks! I will--it will be a couple of months because I am moving to Japan in 2 weeks. The movers will pack it up and ship for me. So I will be without it for some time
