1. Should I deep condition before starting the application?
2. Should I wait to do a color rinse to my hair?

I'm a newbie so I need all the advice I can get. I've been so anxious to try this stuff and now that I have it, I'm hesitant that I might not get the results I am hoping for!

If you are going to use it as a conditioner on the length of your hair, follow it with your moisturizing deep conditioner.

I don't do color, so I can't offer you any help on that.

Your best bet is to do a search on Ovation Cell Therapy or OCT. There a numerous threads out there with tons of great information!! Good luck!! I'm a satisfied user. I apply mine directly to my scalp just about every day, mixed with some oils, a cream, and Bee Mine serum. I use my Megatek when I wash.
