Really quick question

I'm about to rinse my hair black, like right now and it says to make sure you have no styling product on it but it can't be wet either. I don't want to wash it yet because it so much harder for me to put it in hair when its curly. So my question is can I just put the rinse in my hair even though it has moisturizer on it? or will it not stay on once I rinse it out?

I wouldn't do it with product on the hair because the color probably won't bind.
Can you wash and blowdry the hair or sit under the dryer with the hair stretched so it's not so curly, before you color?
