I would take is as your hair looks like beautiful shiny finger coils.

The other day one of my favourite colleagues (an older Chinese lady) told me she doesn’t like my straightened hair, and she prefers me with my twist extensions smh

I had someone tell me how they preferred my hair a particular way last year. I didn't even respond, I just looked at them blankly without saying a word, I could feel they felt uncomfortable lol. You don't get to gave a preference on my hair, the end!

update--- i did a smaller chop on April 7th. i just took out my braids and washed with my design essentials products. I'm not comfortable w/ my hair shorter so I'm growing it back out with flat twists until I get my fro back to its longer length.

I plan on washing weekly and doing a chunky braidout until I get my flat twists on June 26th. No more heat for me!
