Random Again: Any short people with long torsos out there?

I am 5'2", but I have a long torso as if I were tall (I always have problem finding blouses, shirts, etc. that will not leave part of my back showing). My hair has grown a lot, but it takes a wee bit longer to reach my hair goals. Does anyone else fit into this category?
