quick question

i just took out my braids, and did a hot oil treatment. not much shedding or breakage. should i do an Aphogee treatment or a milder protein condtion next.

I would do one. Even though you don't have much shedding or breakage, if you haven't had a protein treatment in a while, I think it would be beneficial.

Butterfly, I would also suggest that you do the mild protein treatment. Your hair is pretty fragile right now and Aphogee has a tendency to strengthen hair so much (read: harden hair) that some people suffer from hair breakage in the combouts even after using the balancing cream. You should probably use the mild protein and then focus on moisture by doing a good deep condition.
