So, since I BC'd (which I did myself, not professionally), I have had 2 sections in my hair where the hair seemed looser than the rest. I do not think it is heat damage because I am EXTREMELY liberal in my application of heat protectant, and I use medium heat, passing over each section only twice.
Also,when I am shingling, those sections will curl slightly, but are more 3a ish than my usual 4a. I figured if it were heat damage, it'd be permanently straight?
I just hate trying to do twists, twistouts or braidouts and the ends will be stringy
I want to do a protein treatment on those sections to see if my coils will be revived, but idk yet. I don't wanna cut them out because the spots would be noticeable...
Any suggestions?
