With briad outs... Are they something that should be done every night before bed? Or do you them once and wear them until you need to do fresh braids again?

my 1st braid out.

Like, you mean wash and braid everyday? I wouldn't do that. At night, I'd probably braid it back and sleep with a satin cap so the style can last. :yep:

You can spritz with a liquid any leave-in to give moisture and re-braid. or pin up the curls so they are looser. Personally I hate the way my braid outs look. I did a 2 strand twist out, and it just makes my hair wavy (works better for me). So maybe on the 2nd night do a 2 strand twist. But I just hate my braidouts!!!!

Oh okay because that's what I've been doing... I'll seal it then braid it back up at night and go to sleep. Because I feel like I have a lot damage right now I've been washing once a week & deep con 2x a week and co washing 2x a week... I hope i'm not doing to much.

Doesn't sound like you're doing too much. Just watch your hair and if your loosing two much cut back on the co-washing.

Make sure you add a protein treatment every 3 weeks. You'll need it with all that moisture. :yep:

During the summer, I cowash and re-do my braidout every night. It's okay for me, because I still only comb it once a week.

I just wet my hair every night that I plan on doing a braidout & re-moisture in the morning so the braids are damp when unraveling. Works like a charm.
