quick question

hey,

i just finished washing my hair and i tried the acv rinse for the first time. my question is if i did this right.

i wet my hair and covered my length with pantene fortifying treatment (real good by the way, comes in a tube) then i washed my scalp with cream of nature and rinsed everything.

then i took my mixture of 16oz water and 10 tablespoons acv (thanks caramela) and at first dipped my hair in the bowl and then just poured everything over my head. then i squeezed all the excess rinse out of my hair. then i applied the pantene stuff again all over for like 10 minutes.

now my question is, am i supposed to rinse the acv rinse out before applying my conditioner or do it as i did and just leave it in??
my hair still kinda smells like acv but only a little.

I always rinse my acv mixture out of my hair and then I apply conditioner to my hair. HTH.

I use the conditioner 'right after' then do a rinse with distilled water because my water is 'hard' and leaves a coating on my hair.
