Quick Question, please....

... there are many that rave about how much they love Silicon Mix (I've joined the club; I love how it smells, too), but does anyone out there use the Silicon Mix leave in conditioner?? If so, does it detangle or do anything special?

I have used it once or twice and ended up leaving it at my SO's place for "just in case" I need it. It makes my hair feel "gummy" but my friend who is natural LURVES it.

Lately I have been using BPT or Baba de Caracol. Makes my hair feel very light!!!

I love to use it in the warm DC humid weather only. I chelate weekly, but if I didn't, I know it would cause buildup issues.

eta:It detangles ok. I usually saturate my hair with water and when I use it my hair definitely takes longer to dry.

It does nothing special. I jumped on the silicon Mix bandwagon about 3 years ago. Used it for a year. It did nothing as a leave in that Nexxus didn't already do.
