I am still trying to get the straight look after a rollerset myself :ohwell:.

Yes I have flat ironed after a roller set quite often, but I haven't done it in a year. I'm staying away from direct heat. How often would you want to do it? What rollers did you use?

This is such a great question. I am natural and I rollerset. When Iinitially take out the rollers, my hair looks great. But in a coupl of hours, it is a frizzy mess. I have been thinking about running a flat iron over it after I take the rollers out. First, I am going to try the saran wrap method. If that doesn't work, then flat iron.

Oh ok, you should flat iron it then. Just don't do it that often, it can become damaging to the hair.

I have before. I rarely don't, actually. I just can't get the roots completely straight.

I use a big curling iron on mine after a rollerset to straighten mine. Also it would be a good idea to use bigger rollers. Maybe the red or even the purple ones.
