Question for Sabino Moisture Block Users

Will I have the same result if I apply to damp hair then roller set? I will still have to flat iron the roots and shaft a bit. Can it be applied after the roller set dries and before flat ironing?

You can do both from what I understand. But I want to know for sure also.

I get the same results whether I apply it to wet or dry hair. I actually prefer to apply to wet hair.
