what companies mean when they say "you will see results in 30 days"? Does that mean you will see results AFTER 30 days or BEFORE 30 days? I just realized I never knew what that meant.

I dunno, I usually always take it to mean that from 1 month from starting to use the product i should see the improvement, or at least before that.
Oh HR at 3:20am this is too thought provoking even for my brain

No not really I may not go to sleep tonight. I got up at 2:30 pm this afternoon. Currently I got to bed around 8am then get up in the afternoon. My body clock is outta sync
