quick question about shine happy

hey ladies!

has anyone here ever used clairol shine happy clear shine treatment? If so do you use it on dry or wet hair... also can i use my own [personal condish afterwards? Thanks

Another member asked about it and a couple respondents said it dried their hair out horribly, but I don't remember if their experiences were unusual.
