Quick hair care tips?

Give me your quick hair care tips? I'm going back to work soon where I'll be doing 3 12 hour shifts in a row. I'm afraid I'm going to let my hair go and/or it's going to be looking a hot mess because of me being rushed in the morning. I guess I can always wear the wig, but I'd like to wear my hair out 2 of the 3 days I work.

I think that shift would be great for your hair! - give it a little moisture in the am - (oil to seal) - and do the same, or a slight variation in the pm before you go to bed. u have time to love your hair. don't make corporate hours sacrifice that! HHG!
