CO washes & Heat styling?

I'm about to do my hair and I have a question. Those of you that do conditioner only washes, can/do you you heat on your hair afterward?

i never use heat on my hair....except for the occasional flat ironing....

I con wash daily and no, I dont use heat afterwards.
I'm thinking that if you use some protectant leave in, you should be fine with mimimal heat..............

I conditioner wash mostly daily and use a diffuser to speed up drying.

I didn't do my hair that night anyway. I don't think I'll flatiron my hair when I try a CO wash. For some reason I'd think that the build up from the conditioner would cause problems.

No, I never use heat except to deep condition with a plastic cap under a hooded dryer.
