Questions regarding moisturizer

Okay if you use EQ mango butter and a hair milk do you still need to seal with oil? Why? I thought If I used the hair milk I could seal with eq mango butter. The hair milk does not have a greasy feeling that is why I love it. Eden Bodyworks hair milk.

You can just use Mango Butter to seal. Lots of folks use it to seal in their moisturizer
