I just wanted to ask some questions about the Crown & Glory Method...it seems like an interesting way to reduce build up in the braids and to prevent more damage to hair that we dont have access to with it being braided.
my first question is:
1. Ive had my individual braids in since June 25th would it be okay for me to start the crown and glory process(shampooing and conditioning) I really dont have too much slippage just more along the nape of my hair?
2. Does it matter as far as what products have to be used?I already went and purchased creme of nature shampoo the LeKair Coniditioner and S-curl(which is one of my staples)
3. I saw that Den1 uses a stocking cap when she shampooed her braids is this the best method to use when shampooing?
4. This seems to have been proven to help alot of peoples hair growth improve and condition of their hair to improve, how many months can i expect to see healthy hair resulting from this method?
I would appreciate if these questions could be answered thank you.
