For those who use the lime/milk mixture, I have some questions:

It is suppose to loosen the curl pattern over time; My hair is just nappy, what will it do for my hair. Will I really go from a 4b to a bb?

Or, will it make it softer for my hair to hold presses longer (like a demi-perm from ORS)?

What is the real benefit of lime/milk mixture. Will I have a Dianna Ross PUFF when it is over? It is hard for me to imagine a fro turning into naturally curly looking hair. Please help. I am interested in going natural and would prefer other styles than braiding and pressing.

NOte: I did do a search but most people talk about applying it to new growth only. I wanted to know for naturals who wanted to change or help their texture did it work? COuld it straighten?
